Title: Molded Shrimp Appetizer

10ozCream of shrimp soup
6ozCream cheese
1pkPlain gelatin
2tbMilk
1cChopped celery
1cMayonnaise
4 1/2ozCanned shrimp, drained
4 Scallions, chopped
1tbLemon juice
1/4tsCurry powder (to taste)

Heat shrimp soup and cheese over low heat until cheese is melted. Stir softened gelatin into mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into mold. Chill several hours until firm. Serve with crackers. Do not freeze.
